Posted by Wesdon Automotive on 30th Sep 2017

CHROME POLISH CUT DOWN OPERATION

This application requires the use of the Wedon Muslin Buff and the Wesdon yellow bar (SS-17). This process will remove dirt, oxidation, light scale and shallow surface imperfections on chrome surfaces.

THE CHROME COLORING OPERATION

This application requires the use of the Wesdon canton flannel buff and the Wesdon white bar (CR-2) This process will remove light scratches left from the cut down operation, further leveling the surface in preparation for lustering. This process may also be used as a first step when the part is free from surface imperfections or oxidation.

THE CHROME LUSTERING AND Wesdon SEALANT OPERATION

This application requires the use of the Wesdon canton flannel buff and the Wesdon small container of Wesdon chrome conditioner. Apply Wesdon Chrome conditioner to part, let it dry and remove with Wesdon canton flannel buff. It will produce a bright, highly reflective surface with a protective coating on all chrome.
